📋 Description

  • Lead Corporate Consumer Compliance for enterprise protection and AI regulatory matters.
  • Act as SME on consumer and AI laws affecting Toast and merchants.
  • Own AI regulation governance; partner with Product Compliance across lifecycles.
  • Enhance and oversee the Compliance Complaint Management Program; monitor trends.
  • Develop and manage Corporate Consumer Compliance policies and training.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and oversee compliance efforts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 7+ years in risk, compliance, or audit at tech/fintech.
  • Knowledge of global consumer laws incl EU AI Act and CAN-SPAM.
  • Experience managing, analyzing, and reporting consumer complaints.
  • Experience designing regulatory governance for AI and emerging tech.
  • Strong communication, analytical skills; drive cross-functional actions.
