🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in labor benefits consulting or Consultant Relations.
• Deep experience from a consulting or brokerage firm (e.g., Segal).
• Strong relationships across the consultant ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, writing, and relationship skills.
• Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity and hustle.
• Willingness to travel about 50%.
