🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
7+ years in fluid control devices, valves/mechanisms design & analysis
Proven leadership, mentoring, and hiring experience
Experience applying thermodynamics, structures, fluids, and electronics
Hands-on fluids and structural development testing and manufacturing
Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
CAD software, FEA and CFD knowledge
