  • Comfortable guiding teams through ambiguous, high-stakes enforcement decisions within defined frameworks.
  • Excellent communicator, able to explain compliance expectations to team members and peers.
  • Technically curious, familiar with AI/BPO workflows, reporting systems, and messaging platforms.
  • You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects and are eager to learn.
