🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of people management experience.
- Strong operational thinker with experience improving workflows, systems, and performance through data design.
- Comfortable guiding teams through ambiguous, high-stakes enforcement decisions within defined frameworks.
- Excellent communicator able to explain compliance expectations and guidance to team members and peers.
- Technically curious, familiar with AI/BPO workflows, reporting systems, and messaging platforms.
- Has experimented with AI in work or personal projects and is excited to learn fast.
