  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Compliance Specialists for complex scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong operational thinker with experience improving workflows, systems, and performance through data design.
  • Comfortable guiding teams through ambiguous, high-stakes enforcement decisions within defined frameworks.
  • Excellent communicator able to explain compliance expectations and guidance to team members and peers.
  • Technically curious, familiar with AI/BPO workflows, reporting systems, and messaging platforms.
  • Has experimented with AI in work or personal projects and is excited to learn fast.
