🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years in analytical roles (Compensation/Total Rewards/Finance).
• Environment: Thrive in high-growth tech/fintech; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Data Mastery: Excel/Google Sheets; build complex models from data.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; explain concepts to leaders.
• Business Acumen: Understand drivers and talent needs across departments.
• Mindset: Strategic and hands-on to execute tasks.
