• 6+ years in an analytical role (Compensation/Total Rewards/Finance).
• Proven success in a high-growth tech/fintech environment.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets with complex modeling.
• Strong communication to explain compensation concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen; quick to understand department drivers.
• Strategic, hands-on mindset; rolls up sleeves to execute.
