- Education: Bachelor's degree required; CCP certification preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in compensation, preferably in professional services.
- Technical: Advanced Excel skills (data modeling, regression, analysis).
- Systems: Experience with Workday, ADP HRIS, CompXL; survey databases.
- Equity: Knowledge of long-term incentives, cap table management, equity programs.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, data-driven, strategic thinking; excellent communication; project mgmt.
