๐ฏ Requirements
- 8+ years in compensation/total rewards; high-growth tech (Series D-IPO) preferred.
- Deep expertise in equity compensation (stock options and RSUs) with refresher programs.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, HRIS, and benchmarking tools.
- Experience designing salary bands, leveling, and incentive programs.
- Comfortable leading company-wide compensation and performance review cycles.
- Exceptional communication; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
