  • Partner with Talent to design competitive new hire offers and negotiate within our principles.
  • Lead biannual leveling and compensation review cycles.
  • Manage new hire equity grants; implement equity refresher program.

  • 8+ years in compensation/total rewards; high-growth tech (Series D-IPO) preferred.
  • Deep expertise in equity compensation (stock options and RSUs) with refresher programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, HRIS, and benchmarking tools.
  • Experience designing salary bands, leveling, and incentive programs.
  • Comfortable leading company-wide compensation and performance review cycles.
  • Exceptional communication; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
