Lead early- to late-stage delinquency recoveries (1–120+ days).
Hold vendors to defined performance targets and SLAs.
Identify opportunities to improve collections effectiveness and borrower experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize costs and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in collections, recoveries, or servicing operations.
Experience managing third-party vendors or subservicers.
Strong analytical skills; data-driven performance improvements.
Expertise in collections regulations (FDCPA, CFPB guidance).
Strong problem-solving with bias for action and ownership.
