Lead, mentor, and grow a DevOps/SRE team.
Promote SRE practices across the org and define SLOs/SLAs.
Drive incident response, post-mortems, and automation.
Design and maintain scalable infra on AWS/Azure; IaC with Terraform.
Ensure cloud security/compliance and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Implement robust monitoring/alerting with Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana.

🎯 Requirements

12–18 years leading SRE teams in AWS/Azure.
Proven experience implementing and managing SRE practices.
Strong CI/CD and automation tooling experience.
Proficient with Terraform for IaC.
Docker and Kubernetes experience.
Monitoring/logging with Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK; Python/Bash.
