📋 Description

  • Lead and grow the SaaS cloud infra team.
  • Guide design, delivery of Kubernetes-based multi-cloud infra for reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with product engineering, security, support, and other leaders to ship safely.
  • Advance infra automation, tooling, and platform guardrails to scale without friction.
  • Define how the team uses AI in infra work: ops analysis, automation, incident response, docs.
  • Balance day-to-day stability with multi-cloud expansion and new capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years leading engineers who build/run production infra for a SaaS.
  • Strong background in cloud infra, platform engineering, SRE, or related.
  • Hands-on Kubernetes production experience: scale, reliability, lifecycle.
  • Experience across more than one major cloud provider; multi-cloud.
  • Track record delivering major infra improvements with reliability, scalability and security.
  • Strong people leadership: coaching, performance, priorities, enabling engineers.
  • Clear thinking about AI in infra work: useful, repeatable, responsible.
