- Maintain the current overview of Clinical Operations Program status and issues.
- Identify resource constraints, risks, and conflicts impacting delivery.

- Establish project planning guidelines and publish standardized processes.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science.
- 10+ years in biotech/pharma industry.
- 3+ years Clinical Operations experience.
- Experience across PhI to PhIII Clinical Development.
- Proficient in Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented; multi-task; travel up to 15%.
