Lead clinical biomarker assay development, validation, and implementation for neuroscience.
Oversee biomarker CROs, assay transfer, and clinical sample testing.
Generate biomarker data for pharmacodynamics and target engagement.
Collaborate with Translational Sciences, Clinical Operations, and Data Management.
Location: HQ in New Haven, CT or remote within the U.S.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in clinical biomarker assay development or bioanalytical sciences.
Experience managing external CROs and central laboratories.
Experience with protein biomarkers and genomic platforms (Simoa, MSD, Olink, MS, NGS).
Experience with neuroimaging biomarkers (PET, MRI) and/or digital biomarkers.
Familiarity with clinical data standards and biomarker data transfer processes.
