  • Coordinate day-to-day paid media projects from briefing through delivery
  • Manage creative workflows: timelines, reviews, approvals, and client updates
  • Submit and shepherd deliverables through client legal and compliance reviews
  • Develop and manage project timelines, trackers, and meeting notes
  • Collaborate with client service, creative, media, social, and partner agencies
  • Proactively identify risks and escalate issues to keep projects on track

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years of PM or account coordination in a media agency
  • Experience managing paid media, media creative production, and social/influencer projects
  • Knowledge of digital/social asset specs across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, and display
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing workflows and creative approvals
  • Experience working with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
