  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists.
  • Own the end-to-end implementation strategy and lifecycle from planning to go-live.
  • Serve as escalation point and liaison between clinics and internal teams.
  • Define team-wide goals, metrics, and delivery standards.
  • Guide clinics through migrations onto the new platform with strategic direction.
  • Build and scale project management processes, templates, and tooling.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects; 2+ years in people management; SaaS experience.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills; manage capacity across concurrent engagements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 10โ€“15%).
