🎯 Requirements

- Proven experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills; manage capacity across concurrent engagements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 10–15%).
