🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in aerospace or construction with field engineering and project management.
- Experience with design documentation, drawings, bid solicitation, and contractor selection.
- Experience in project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling at the task and program levels.
- Experience with architectural, structural, civil, and MEPF design, construction, and operations.
- Knowledge of standard construction procedures, best practices, and means/methods.
- Proficiency with 3D modeling using NX, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
- Experience with development permitting and coordination with local authorities.
