🎯 Requirements
- 6–8+ years in KYC, KYB, and AML/CFT for financial services, fintech, or crypto.
- Proven experience leading onboarding/compliance teams, with SLA and quality oversight.
- Deep knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, sanctions, and UAE regulatory context.
- Strong ability to assess complex corporate structures, UBOs, PEPs, and EDD.
- Excellent stakeholder management with Compliance, Risk, Fraud, Legal, Product, and Tech.
- Analytical and reporting skills; experience with onboarding KPIs and risk dashboards.
