- Deep understanding of candidate lifecycle for high-volume interviews
- Strong operational mindset with scalable processes and improvements
- Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and scheduling tools; data reporting
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder mgmt with senior leaders
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous env and manages multiple priorities
