Manager - Business Transformation - Technology Project Manager (Banking & Capital Markets)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end technology implementations from requirements to deployment.
• Own delivery across the full SDLC, coordinating complex system integrations.
• Create and manage test cases; coordinate Unit, SIT, Regression, and UAT.
• Plan and execute UAT with business and tech teams; include defect triage and sign-off.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Full Stack, Frontend, Backend) to meet scope.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma, or hybrid delivery methods.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Big Four or equivalent in financial services.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end tech initiatives within Investment Bank/Financial Services.
• Hands-on test management: test case creation, execution, defect tracking, UAT coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical development teams across multiple disciplines (Full Stack, Frontend, Backend).
• Strong understanding of technology delivery methodologies and ability to adapt to constraints.
• Experience with process analysis, documentation, and improvement, with a structured approach.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Zephyr, GitLab, and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, or other technical discipline.
