📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of BI Analysts, ensuring data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in BI/Analytics with 2+ years in leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and customer dashboards.
• Strong SQL and modern data stack knowledge (S3, Redshift, Snowflake, Medallion).
• Proven ability to lead in Agile, balancing rapid delivery with tech debt.
• Storytelling with data, focusing on user empathy and intuitive UX.
• Exceptional communication to operators and executive leadership.
