  • Lead, coach, and grow a global BDR team to hit SQL targets.
  • Drive daily accountability on calls, emails, LinkedIn, and metrics.
  • Maintain outbound prospecting strategy; optimize gaps.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Monitor Salesforce and Gong; report pipeline health to Global VP of Sales.
  • Partner with AEs for strong BDR-to-AE handoffs and onboarding.

  • 3+ years in software sales; 1+ year leading BDR/SDR teams.
  • Proven track record hitting activity metrics and pipeline targets.
  • Strong coaching instincts; develop reps and performance.
  • Data-driven; track KPIs; SaaS experience a plus.
  • Hands-on with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, and outreach tools.
  • MEDDIC and Command of the Message familiarity is a plus.
