- 3+ years in software sales; 1+ year leading BDR/SDR teams.
- Proven track record hitting activity metrics and pipeline targets.
- Strong coaching instincts; develop reps and performance.
- Data-driven; track KPIs; SaaS experience a plus.
- Hands-on with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, and outreach tools.
- MEDDIC and Command of the Message familiarity is a plus.
