- 18+ years in contact center, CCaaS, customer success, or AI adoption
- 4+ years leading direct reports in a customer-facing or consulting role
- Proven success driving measurable business outcomes and KPIs
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and metrics (AHT, ACW, FCR, SLA, Occupancy)
- Experience leading cross-functional AI, automation, or workflow initiatives
- Strong executive communication, coaching, and stakeholder management
