  • Lead and develop a team of AI Adoption Consultants
  • Drive adoption and outcomes across enterprise AI customers

  • Ensure adoption leads to measurable impact and value realization

  • 18+ years in contact center, CCaaS, customer success, or AI adoption
  • 4+ years leading direct reports in a customer-facing or consulting role
  • Proven success driving measurable business outcomes and KPIs
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations and metrics (AHT, ACW, FCR, SLA, Occupancy)
  • Experience leading cross-functional AI, automation, or workflow initiatives
  • Strong executive communication, coaching, and stakeholder management
