Collaborate with IT, Operations, QA, and site teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Serve as global coordinator for system performance and project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Life Sciences, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
8–12+ years in bioanalytical, clinical or regulated settings
Hands-on with LIMS, ELN, CDS
Experience leading system implementations and digital transformation
Deep understanding of GxP, data integrity, CSV
Capable of strategic leadership and hands-on execution
Experience collaborating across global teams (US/Europe preferred)
Knowledge of data integration, automation, and AI/ML in labs
