- Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.

π― Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in benefits administration with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage high level of complexity with independence; collaborative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and support employees.
- Proficiency with HRIS and benefits software; UKG and Plan Source a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate/advanced Excel.
