  • Plan admin of employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)).
  • Oversee third-party leave management; ensure tracking and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA; prepare and file reports.
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.
  • Supervise and mentor Benefits Analyst; guide team to high performance.
  • Develop communications to educate employees about benefits; conduct orientations/open enrollment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in benefits administration with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage high level of complexity with independence; collaborative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and support employees.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and benefits software; UKG and Plan Source a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate/advanced Excel.
