- Manage and develop a team of benefits analysts with coaching
- Oversee day-to-day administration of health, retirement, leave, wellness, and voluntary benefits globally
- Lead annual benefits planning cycles, including plan design reviews, vendor evaluations, and enrollment execution
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA and global regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants across regions
- Develop and execute benefits communications to educate employees
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5β7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration
- 1β2 years of people management or team leadership experience
- Strong working knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration platforms
- Experience with global benefits or multi-country compliance
