  • Manage and develop a team of benefits analysts with coaching
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of health, retirement, leave, wellness, and voluntary benefits globally
  • Lead annual benefits planning cycles, including plan design reviews, vendor evaluations, and enrollment execution
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA and global regulatory requirements
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants across regions

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration
  • 1–2 years of people management or team leadership experience
  • Strong working knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration platforms
  • Experience with global benefits or multi-country compliance
