🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in financial services, fintech, banking, or related sales roles.
- 2+ years managing and developing high-performing sales or banking teams.
- Active Series 7 and Series 63 (or ability to obtain/reactivate).
- Strong understanding of business banking products (checking, treasury, cash mgmt, sweep).
- Proven ability to coach consultative, outbound and inbound sellers to exceed goals.
- Experience owning forecasts, pipelines, and performance management.
