📋 Description

  • Lead and scale a Banking Specialists team focused on Brex’s business accounts.
  • Coach and develop a team partnering with founders, CFOs, and senior finance leaders.
  • Combine strategic leadership with hands-on deal support and collaboration.
  • Ensure team exceeds targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Own weekly forecasting, pipeline health, and performance reporting.
  • Use data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities; translate to actions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in financial services, fintech, banking, or related sales roles.
  • 2+ years managing and developing high-performing sales or banking teams.
  • Active Series 7 and Series 63 (or ability to obtain/reactivate).
  • Strong understanding of business banking products (checking, treasury, cash mgmt, sweep).
  • Proven ability to coach consultative, outbound and inbound sellers to exceed goals.
  • Experience owning forecasts, pipelines, and performance management.
