- Lead and scale Banking Specialists team focused on Brex business accounts (checking, treasury, sweep).
- Coach, develop, and motivate the team; partner with Founders and senior finance leaders.
- Drive adoption, growth of Assets Under Management (AUM), and revenue.
- Manage forecasting, pipeline health, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Relationship Managers, CS, Product, and Risk to ensure seamless experiences.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard Banking Specialists; build scalable playbooks and enablement.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years in financial services, fintech, banking, or related sales.
- 2+ years leading high-performing sales or banking teams.
- Active Series 7 and Series 63 (or ability to obtain/reactivate).
- Strong understanding of business banking products (checking, treasury, cash management, sweep programs).
- Proven ability to coach consultative, outbound and inbound sellers to exceed goals.
- Experience owning forecasts, pipelines, and performance management.
