🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 6+ years in manufacturing engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership/manager role.
- Strong understanding of avionics manufacturing: PCBA, harnesses, and electronics boxes.
- Background in lean principles, process optimization, and quality management systems.
- Experience scaling low-volume or pilot lines to high volume.
- Strong communication to work cross-functionally with design, production, and exec teams.
