🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or related).
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, with aerospace or regulated industries.
- 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers or project teams.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
