Lead 5-10 harness design engineers in wiring harness design and routing.
Define priorities and organize team task execution.
Define harness design practices, interfaces, channelization, and config mgmt.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define avionics system design.
Guide vehicle-level integration and test via test plans and data reviews.
Collaborate with Avionics Manufacturing to bring harness designs into production.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
7+ years in harness and/or avionics design.
3+ years of leadership experience.
Experience with electrical harness design and 3D CAD routing.
Experience with integration and test of complex electrical systems.
NX CAD and Teamcenter proficiency.
Zuken E3 electrical design software.
Scripting for hardware bring-up (Python, LabVIEW, C/C++).
