Manager, AV Program Management

📋 Description

• Own the master timeline for Flexdrive AV readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Infra, People, Fleet, Treasury, Finance, and Legal.
• Manage RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with clear escalation.
• Lead weekly leadership syncs, monthly deep-dive reviews, and quarterly board updates.
• Translate upstream decisions into operational requirements; update readiness roadmap in real time.
• Design and implement a greenfield program management model for market readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ops, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years in program management or cross-functional leadership.
• Experience managing multi-workstream programs with 12–24 month timelines.
• Strong command of PM tools: Gantt charts, RAID logs, dependency mapping.
• Excellent communication translating ops complexity into exec-level narratives.
• Experience with C-level executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
• Preferred: infrastructure buildouts and European market entry.
