Manager, AV

📋 Description

• Lead the global AV program: set standards and monitor health
• Design, implement, and test AV for rooms, training spaces, and events
• Provide onsite and remote AV support across hubs, with travel
• Partner with Executive, Communications, Workplace, and Engagement to deliver AV experiences
• Manage vendors and contractors for AV installs and events
• Own the AV budget, including forecasting, cost tracking, and procurement

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of corporate AV experience
• Proven ability to manage AV programs across multiple offices and time zones
• Expertise with AV hardware and systems: Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys, Shure, Logitech, Neat
• Strong project management skills, including tracking progress, risks, and timelines
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Asana
• Experience supporting macOS environments and Jamf
