Build the Thermal Hardware Production Asset Reliability team with site leadership.
Lead reliability to maximize machine availability and throughput.
Act as primary contact for production and process engineering on key issues.
Translate technical and schedule needs into a maintenance strategy.
Plan and execute maintenance with minimal line downtime.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or 5+ years of production leadership experience.
2+ years of direct reports in a technical leadership role.
5+ years in manufacturing, industrial, or aerospace environments.
Experience with maintenance/reliability programs for new manufacturing systems.
Experience with instrumentation, PLCs, data acquisition, and reporting.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
