Adhere to and develop contract delivery processes.
Input and manage contract data on Factor and client systems.
Develop contract templates, playbooks and tools.
Mentor junior team members and respond to legal queries.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments.

🎯 Requirements

Law degree; Qualified US lawyer.
Legally eligible to work in the role's country.
5 years’ experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
Experience in asset management/private equity; real estate transactions.
Excellent attention to detail; works with minimal supervision.
Experience leading and developing teams; client relationship management.
