  • Lead implementation and onboarding for assessment products for strategic/key accounts.
  • Deliver ongoing advisory and support to deepen assessment relationships.
  • Manage assessment migration and content services with clear scope and quality.
  • Hire, coach, and develop the team; set expectations and cadence.
  • Operationalize and optimize intake, prioritization, and capacity for scale.
  • Partner cross-functionally with other teams to maximize impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in K-12 EdTech, assessment, or customer-facing professional services.
  • 3+ years people management (hiring, coaching, performance).
  • Deep understanding of formative/interim assessments and data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with additional assessment types beyond formative/interim.
  • Experience working with district/school leaders, instructional coaches, and assessment coordinators.
  • Strong operational instincts; turn ad hoc work into scalable processes.
