- 10+ years in K-12 EdTech, assessment, or customer-facing professional services.
- 3+ years people management (hiring, coaching, performance).
- Deep understanding of formative/interim assessments and data-driven decisions.
- Experience with additional assessment types beyond formative/interim.
- Experience working with district/school leaders, instructional coaches, and assessment coordinators.
- Strong operational instincts; turn ad hoc work into scalable processes.
