🎯 Requirements

- 3+ years of engineering management leading research-facing teams.
- Deep domain expertise: drug discovery, genomics, computational biology, or clinical research.
- Experience collaborating with research institutions, nonprofits, or mission-driven orgs.
- Strong Python programming and building production AI/ML applications.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching; bridge science and engineering.
- Familiarity with large language models and ML architecture.
- Passion for safe, societally beneficial AI; comfortable with uncertainty.
