Manager, Application Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead Americas Application Engineering team (4-8 CAEs, 1-2 AAEs).
• Drive growth via pre-sales, channel enablement, marketing, content.
• Develop pre-sales skills and best practices; strengthen wins.
• Create channel assets; train partners; support engagements.
• Establish KPIs to measure revenue and growth impact.
• Travel up to 40% (Domestic); prefer Waltham HQ.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of management experience in fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years of technical pre-sales experience (SaaS or industrial equipment).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated; able to multitask in deadline-driven settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%; preference for Waltham, MA HQ.
