Retrieve, analyze, and validate warehouse data for high-urgency GTM questions (US hours).
Partner with Data/Discovery teams to align data sources and logic.
Own analytics build phase: define data requirements and dashboards; oversee BI delivery.
Liaise between GTM stakeholders and BI; handle ad-hoc requests; scalable dashboards.
Evolve dashboards/outputs with new views and metrics for GTM needs.
Lead AI-driven analytics agents to automate responses and speed insights.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in analytics delivery; 2+ years in people management.
Strong SQL for exploratory analysis and data validation.
Deep understanding of KPIs, metric definitions, and dashboard logic.
Proven track record handling high-volume, time-sensitive requests.
Translate GTM objectives into structured requirements and delivery plans.
Experience building delivery playbooks, documentation, standards, or workflows.
