Lead and support the air operations team in daily export/import shipments.
Oversee the full shipment lifecycle—from booking to delivery.
Coach and develop team members to grow and perform.
Act as the main contact for escalations and quick resolutions.
Build and maintain partnerships with airlines, terminals, and trucking providers.
Collaborate with planning, sales, customs, and destination offices for coordination.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related fields.
7+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related operations.
2 to 3 years of leadership experience.
Knowledge of air export/import rules and Cambodia regulations.
Strong English (written and spoken); Chinese a plus.
Excellent communication, time management, accuracy, and problem-solving.
