- Hands-on experience with Python or JavaScript and software dev systems
- Understanding of modern SDLC and how AI tooling changes developer productivity
- Strong communication to translate tech topics to engineers and executives
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and builds operating models
- Demonstrate ownership, humility, and commitment to customer and teammate success
