  • Manage a team of Professional Services Engineers and Architects to ensure customer success.
  • Develop strategic direction and execute on key objectives for the APAC Professional Services team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Client Services, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Champion customer asks internally, including escalations, risks, and product needs.
  • Maintain and create new team workflows, SLAs, and processes to efficiently handle customer needs.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in tooling and business processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Pre-/Post-Sales: Sales Engineering, TAM, or Solutions Architect
  • 4+ years leading customer-facing tech teams
  • Exceptional communication, detail-oriented, self-motivated leader with strong analytics
  • Broad tech: cloud/Internet architecture and scripting/software development
  • Adaptable to change, focused on results and customer/employee experience
  • Willing to travel for customer meetings as needed
