📋 Description

• Oversee full payment lifecycle; ensure timely collections.
• Develop credit and collection strategies to optimize cash flow.
• Own customer billing experience; resolve balance inquiries.
• Collaborate with service delivery to reconcile credits and debts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and credit limits.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to resolve overdue payments.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer care, sales, collections, or client interactions.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Google Sheets (Vlookups, Pivot Tables).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player; cross-department collaboration.
