Manager, Accounts Receivable

📋 Description

• Lead global AR org, including offshore/shared services.
• Own customer credit policy, collections strategy, and AR governance.
• Senior escalation point for aged receivables, billing disputes, and complex issues.
• Drive AR automation and systems optimization across NetSuite, HighRadius, Salesforce.
• Oversee SOX-compliant controls across the order-to-cash cycle and support external audits.
• Partner with Sales and Deal Desk on non-standard payment terms and billing structures.
• Own AR reporting, KPIs, and executive dashboards, including DSO, aging, and bad debt.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of AR/OCF/Customer Financial Services experience.
• Global or multi-regional AR leadership experience.
• Credit risk management, collections, billing, and AR accounting know-how.
• SOX-compliant, public-company or pre-IPO experience.
• NetSuite and AR automation tools (HighRadius preferred).
• Collaborative leader with strong partnership and change-management skills.
