Manager - Accounts Payable

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end AP processing across 15 countries.
• Ensure accurate AP ledgers and timely settlements globally.
• Coordinate multi-country payroll payouts with HR teams.
• Deliver monthly cost analyses by country, entity, and department.
• Compute and remit withholding tax; reconcile with GL.
• Handle GST, VAT, and indirect tax payments; reconcile credits.
• Consolidate monthly cashflow across AP, payroll, taxes and outflows.
• Month-end reconciliation of all AP-ledgers across subsidiaries.
• Primary owner for audit queries related to AP, payroll, indirect taxes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9 years in AP, finance ops, or controllership; CA qualification.
• Payroll accounting, statutory compliance, indirect taxes across jurisdictions.
• ERP expertise (NetSuite Oracle) incl. AP, payroll reconciliation, multi-entity GL.
• Strong knowledge of GST/VAT and withholding tax across regions.
• Familiarity with statutory payroll obligations and payroll tools across regions.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight close deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
