Manager, Accounts Payable

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations and P2P.
• Oversee 2- and 3-way matching, disbursements, and vendor inquiries.
• Improve cycle time, first-pass yield, and on-time payments.
• Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance; support audits.
• Design ERP/AP workflows with OCR, approvals, and integrations.
• Manage BPO/offshore partners with clear SLAs and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in AP or accounting; 3+ years leading teams in shared services.
• Experience in high-growth environments; balance design with hands-on.
• End-to-end P2P experience.
• SOX controls mindset; partner with Accounting, Procurement, FP&A, IT.
• Hands-on high-volume AP invoicing, payments, and banking.
• Month-end close experience with AP accruals and reconciliations.
• ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Coupa.
• Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
