📋 Description

• Manage and review management fee calculations per governing documents.
• Calculate incentive allocations, hurdle rates, and crystallization.
• Coordinate fee calls, accruals, true-ups, and allocations.
• Support quarterly closes and review asset/fund level reconciliations.
• Assist in onboarding, transactions, and liquidity management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in Fund Accounting; Yardi Investment Accounting module preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate fund structures, PE fees, NAV impacts.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting for portfolios, co-investments, GAAP reporting.
• Independent, proactive problem-solver with strong communication.
