Supervise month/quarter/year end close for assigned entities.
Manage accounting records, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close.
Lead a team of Accountants/Sr Accountants to manage accounting records and related functions.
Coordinate with outsourcing partners to ensure SAP S/4HANA entries are complete and timely.
Deliver financial reporting and analysis, including statutory filings.
Collaborate with Reporting to leverage financial data for key management processes.

🎯 Requirements

Fluency in English and Spanish
Proven post-qualification accounting experience
Proven experience in managing a team of accountants
Experience using core finance systems (SAP or similar)
Strong understanding of US GAAP and Dutch GAAP
Financial planning and analysis experience in a high-growth environment
