Lead accounting controls and monthly close for global entities.
Manage journals, reconciliations, intercompany entries and the monthly close.
Lead a team of Accountants/Sr Accountants.
Liaise with outsourcing partners to record transactions in SAP S/4HANA.
Deliver financial reporting and statutory filings.
Collaborate with Reporting and other teams to leverage financial data for management processes.

🎯 Requirements

Fluency in English and Spanish.
Post qualified accounting experience.
Experience leading a team of accountants.
Experience with SAP or similar finance systems.
Strong US GAAP and Dutch GAAP knowledge.
Experience with data-rich environments and large datasets.
