Manager Accounting & Controlling (Maternity Cover)

📋 Description

• Oversee financial processes and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, predictability, and clarity for business partners
• Strengthen global financial policies, governance, and internal control standards so they scale with us
• Support the Accounting & Consolidations team
• Own the Internal Control System update and implement a control review cycle
• Lead the implementation of a Financial Close Management tool
• Act as a trusted counterpart to auditors and external partners, ensuring we stay compliant while keeping things practical
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements, helping us move from manual work to smarter, automated ways of operating
• Take ownership of key finance projects, from system integrations to automation initiatives, ensuring they land smoothly and deliver real value
• Collaborate across Accounts Payable, Revenue & OTC, Tax, Treasury & Governance, and Payroll to keep financial operations aligned and reliable
• Identify and implement opportunities that help the team work more efficiently and sustainably
• Champion the adoption of tools and technology that elevate how we run Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced finance leader with broad exposure across accounting, consolidation, tax, and treasury
• Finance/Accounting degree; ACCA/CPA a plus
• Good understanding of tax and transfer pricing
• Skilled at leading, empowering and developing teams
• ERP transformations; NetSuite and FCM experience advantageous
• Comfortable with international reporting frameworks
• Motivated to simplify processes and automate with technology
• Clear, confident communicator in English
